Our first flight could not have been any better. Gabriel made everything so easy. We flew out of a tiny airport in a rural area. Our flight was so fast! The flight crew was so wonderful, providing for our every need. After so much frustration with commercial airlines, this is a game changer!

I gave these people 5 tries and they are WORSE than Wheels Up!! They needed to fix their issues before they EVER OPENED UP! And Leadership isn't paying attention. They only care about “Working Capital” and you depositing cash in their bank acct.

I have had great experiences working with Steve Simard, Director of Sales and the entire ONEflight team. The booking experience on the BAJit app. has been easy and seamless. The planes, pilots, catering, black car, and communication from the team has been excellent!

Worst service I've ever used. Cancelled flights within hours of departure. excuse was mechanical issues however pilots later told me it was due to a VIP who needed it. Late picking me up on another trip by well over an hour closer to 2 hours. Never have the plane you book and try to upsell you on another one. and the biggest issue is that I have been able to charter planes through brokers for less than the members pricing. When you add in the hourly buy in you can charter at much better prices through brokers. STAY AWAY One flight says I’m not a customer and they have the best rates NO THEY DO NOT . Almost any charter broker will beat their members pricing beware Here is their reply to me when I let them know how terrible their service is Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out as a courtesy to let you know that your ONEflight account has a negative balance and is about to be suspended and is in danger of being closed for good. I understand many of your negative feelings towards your previous experience with ONEflight, but we have evolved as an organization over the past 2 years. Not only are our all of our members extremely happy with the service level we provide, but we have also tripled in size, moved into a new headquarters building, and opened a new satellite office in Florida. This is only the beginning of where we are headed as an organization, and all I am asking is that you give us one more shot. You have membership hours that you paid for, so let’s put them to use. If we don’t blow away your expectations, then you can walk away knowing you didn’t leave without giving us every opportunity to fix things. I treat all my members like family, and the last thing I want is for you to leave your hard-earned money on the table when you don’t have to. All that being said, this is what I am willing to do for you: Add $100K to your cash account and I will waive your maintenance fees and give you a $30K credit to use towards future flights. Working with Gio has been a great experience! I've chartered several times for golf trips and family trips and to have Gio there to take care of finding the right plane for whatever our current needs are, to handling catering, and the rest of the details is amazing! Also, the fleet of planes that they use are very well appointed and newer which is definitely nice!
