Every time I park here it gets worse and worse, I thought I would give it another chance because of the convenience of not having to drive to the airport and the proximity. Upon arrival to the parking lot it was so packed. I could not find any parking spot and I’m driving in the dirt it’s a wet and disastrous finally I parked at the very end near the U-Haul trucks I had to walk for about a mile in the dirt road with huge puddles. It was awe full. When I arrive I was 16 hours late because my flight was delayed. I get to my car and battery is dead. I finally get through the office and ask if any one there can charge my battery. Because they do have workers there doing detail work and other things they tell me they can’t help me. Finally I get my battery charged and I’m going to leave and they charge me an extra $30 dollars for the delay that was NOT even 24 hours later. Will never use their services again

Omni Park should be ashamed of that lot, conditions and service! There was a 5 min line to get in and once in NOWHERE to park except the far far back in a lake with potholes that would swallow your car. We have a 4x4 and bottomed out! They just open the gate and send you on your way, and I was confused bc I have been using these lots for years and someone always follows behind a minute or 2 to pick you up, especially if you are that far back, and with luggage I needed to carry rather than roll because of the puddles (small lakes). And all of that in this Florida heat. I used to be alone with my young son and had I had to walk all the way back there at night I would've been terrified, especially bc the lot was full of trash and felt like the ghetto. The guy pulled the van up so the back end was under cover but in order to get in we had to get soaked and then sat there 10 min with a full van while he did idk what but my friend leaned up and was honking the horn. It didn't help. AND THEN....THEY CHARGED US AN EXTRA $15 at automated gate on way out, no idea why, we were there the agreed amount of time. Never again and don't use if you have small children or elderly or you're a single woman!

Double parked with no way to get car as other car owners at airport. Trash everywhere and disgusting. Location has 3-4 businesses running out of same location. We had to wait over an hour for shuttle to take us to airport. People were piled up waiting. Not sure we would use again.

I give it three stars because of the wait time. I would rate it five stars because of the price. I have parked here several airport trips and I’ve had to wait every time but you get what you pay for. This particular time the parking lot was extremely trashy and very full. I’ve never seen it like that before. Hopefully it was because they were understaffed or it was a busy weekend. However, if the closer parking areas were to offer the same price, I would definitely switch over but for now I will continue to save my coins as much as possible and arrive earlier for a long wait time as it is expected here. The transportation vans are decent and clean no smells. Extremely easy to make reservations online and there are always savings codes to use .

Borderline not worth it anymore. I used to park here a lot, even had a membership, but the management does nothing to maintain the space and its getting dangerous to get in and out of. There is trash everywhere and this time im actually worried about getting my car out undamaged
