I lost $ 136 for my and my cousin training session. The teacher claims that, this is a government policy, if you are late, you loose the money. Honestly, the classes are in wrong address, we call the office the same day on Saturday no one in the office to direct clients of students. No apologies, just put our money in the pockets, and shut their mouth's, without communication. We believe in values of the training not on money...if you love to much money, you will loose the desire to help or empower others. I cannot recommend this program to anyone. We don't know if the teachers are qualifying to teach the classes...

Heidi did a great job today teaching Article 9. Thanks for your patience and I was happy to see how much you care for people with disabilities. The class was a great price and easy to find.

Heidi Lewis is a rock star teacher! She had the perfect balance of testimonials, videos, and small group activities to make the Article 9 class engaging and impactful. She was extremely timely and informative.

I came to Omnean to have my First Aid/Pediatric, Child, and Adult CPR and AED renewed for my employment. They offer a two-part series to the aforementioned certification or (re) certification. One begins by watching a three-part video series, independently. It concludes with a brief exam. Once this portion is finished, one must contact their office and schedule a course, whereby one can demonstrate their competence in CPR, via a dummy. The instructor, Heidi, is excellent! She gives a review of the computer course, and then the classroom demonstrates CPR on an infant and an adult. She expounds upon her own experiences, with First Aid, as well as the Heimlich Meneuver (which she had to perform on a very young child). Heidi touches on The Good Samaritan Law, as well as offering great tips on assessing one's safety and well-being, whilst in such a situation. She educated us on a variety of different masks that can be purchased, as well as the Fentanyl crisis. She demonstrated an IM injection of Narcan, as well as the proper usage of the nasal spray. We briefly discussed allergies, such as an anaphylactic shock ( e.g.peanuts). She went on to parlay the proper protocols when engaging in the use of an Epi-pen( Epinephrine ). We also needed to show that we understood the Heimlich Maneuver, and how to perform it properly on an infant and adult (including a pregnant woman). I believe that her class cost approximately $65. I was quite pleased with her instruction and will return when needing re-certification. Her class is around one hour. An individual entered approximately ten- minutes late. She politely, yet firmly explained, that they needed to attend a later class, as they had missed important information. I would not arrive late! They also provide handicapped parking. Their restrooms r well cared for and sanitary. It also appears as if an individual who is wheelchair reliant could maneuver in their restroom. I thoroughly enjoyed her teaching and my recertification process.
