ODFL was chosen by a company for my off-road bumper shipment. Their customer service representative was very friendly and helpful as we tried to make a few changes to the shipping address. Communication was great. I received a call from their delivery driver 30 minutes prior just as requested. The driver was also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would gladly take every shipment from this crew. Thank you!

I want to give kudos to Jonathan, a driver out of West Valley UT! He delivered a large order to our business (with a construction site of ours next door), of product we'd purchased before, but this time it was packaged by the seller differently. We had no way to get it into our building without dropping it in the parking lot and spending two hours unboxing it piece by piece. Jonathan was very patient with us and waited while we made phone calls seeking other options. Ultimately we got help from our construction people to receive it across the street at the storage. Jonathan kindly drove it over and allowed time for items to be forklifted off his truck and go as packaged straight to intended storage. The extra few minutes he allowed us to coordinate this not only saved my team hours of unpacking, but not having to move it twice. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional.
