Called on a Friday. Told her I would be there the next day at 12noon since she told me she was open 10am-2pm. She said that was fine. She did not show. I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I never physically went in. But I called on a Tuesday looking for a family trip package. They took my info. And said she would call later that day. Never called......today is now Thursday I called again .......she said I will leave the girl who helped you your number she will call in ten min......never called. Then about 2 hrs. Later I recieved a phone from the lady I left a message with.She said I spoke to the agent who you gave the info to and if you have time I can go over it with you. And I explained to her that I dont but she can email me. No email. 40 min later I called her and asked her if she had my email right because I never received a email. And she read my email to me.....it was correct......its now 7pm.....no email.....so just wondering why am I chasing them for my business. I cant even get ahold of them to give them my business. Imagine if their was an issue with the booking. No thanks.
