Perfect travel experience with Stefan, owner of NuVia Travel. I’ve never used a travel agent; we always plan our own trips. This time around, I didn’t have the time or focus to plan a trip to Lake Como. He made the process seamless, planned expertly for me and my friend’s taste, and even included a nice, welcomed surprise. The app Stefan uses came in handy, as it told us our daily plans, who was picking us up, tickets attached online, and everything we needed to know, updated for any minor changes. It was a wonderful travel experience and I will use Stefan again and again!
