This is such a nice and clean airport! However, I want to give a personal shout out to Kelly. My luggage in Charlotte was never placed on the plane. When I landed at Muscle Shoals, I was devastated to see everyone get their luggage, learning that mine never made it. Kelly was on the ball! She was able to get my luggage on the next flight the following morning. I was traveling to another city. So I was really happy to get my luggage. She communicated with me efficiently and reassured me that she’d get my luggage back. Thank you, Kelly!!

It is a teeny tiny airport I’ve seen, it was a different experience for me, when I read other comments I thought we were very lucky because there wasn’t delaying for our flights we went to Charlotte and came back on time, everything was convenient

Amazing Airport. Pleasant ride down a country road to get there. So many great flights from here to the best places on Earth. Watching the plane fly in was amazing seeing the kids excited was even better.
