Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this tour company based on my recent experience. From the start, communication was disorganized and unclear — responses were delayed or never came at all, leaving us constantly uncertain about the itinerary and logistics. The trip itself felt chaotic. There was little to no structure, and basic planning seemed like an afterthought. What should’ve been a smooth, enjoyable experience turned stressful due to poor coordination. The owner/tour guide came across as unprepared and overwhelmed, lacking both professionalism and the knowledge you’d expect from someone leading a tour. It was clear they were not equipped to manage the group or troubleshoot issues as they came up, which only made things worse. Travel is meant to be enriching, not frustrating. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
