We recently stayed at Niranta Airport Transit Hotel, and my experience was decent overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic necessities for a short stay, although the room was extremely small. The bed provided seemed to be smaller than a standard queen-size bed, which was a bit of a squeeze for us (2 adults + 1 child) The buffet breakfast was basic and pretty decent - nothing extraordinary, but it served its purpose. The hotel's biggest advantage is its accessibility and convenience, being located within the airport premises. Given the price, convenience seems to be the main selling point. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay while waiting for your flight, Niranta Airport Transit Hotel is a viable option.

Zero star. Checkin process is so lengthy as if you are boarding flight. You book transit hotel to save time and take rest but it will be easily take 1hr for checkin because they will do security all baggage check. Also this hotel is actually outside hotel so you end up repeating same process again. We were travelling with senior citizen on wheelchair and they forces them also to stand and go through all security scan. At the time of checkout again they will ask money to take your baggage to airport terminal. You will end up paying 3 times for service which actually you don’t need. I will recommend go for hotel near to airport which are cheaper by atleast 30% and provide pickup and drop.

Good only for short airport stays if you don’t have other options. Staff at reception need improvement in attitude. Rooms feel damp and without window and aeration. If found in hood deal u can take but if found costly it should be avoided and better to have nearby other options. Room service staff is good and prompt. Food is ok but portion is less and costly. There is no clear policy regarding visitors. We had a visitor from airport staff itself . They allowed in first instance but later denied when he could not find room and went again at reception to ask. In this way it was found too unprofessional

Rooms are always basic as it's a transit hotel and located inside Mumbai airport terminal 2 (T2) so always easy to relax before catching a long international flight or coming from one. Service is very good, food is also tasty and quantity is always generous. Rates might feel too much but depending on the time and hours of stay they might vary.

Location is very convenient if your have a transit flight and need to take a break for few hrs or a day.Checked in to a dust infested unclean room initially later on was changed to another after complaining about it,rated so only one star.Staff isn't well trained, needs to inform everytime for wifi connections, hot water which is for a short span and you need to wait in between shower for another batch of hot water which is not very comfortable, but payment they will ask on checking itself but never bothered about guest being comfortable. Restaurant is good, served piping hot food ala carte, but service staff is not so professional at this kind of place. Liked the garlic bread.

To stay in this hotel, you should have at least one international flight either arrival or departure It’s a good and convenient hotel located right inside Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. It can also be reached by car, although many drivers are not aware of the exact location, so it sometimes takes a little guidance to reach. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities provided. The service quality is good, and the staff—especially Mr. Akale and his team—are very polite, helpful, and professional. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay option for short layovers or early morning flights. I would definitely recommend it for transit passengers who value comfort and convenience within the airport premises. ⭐ Rating: 4.5 / 5
