New Orleans VIP Experience was absolutely wonderful. I booked a couple's Mardi Gras experience as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. From the moment I reached out with my first inquiry through to every step of the actual events, New Orleans VIP Experience was amazing. My interaction was with Matt (the owner). He was attentive and responsive throughout the planning stages. When my boyfriend and I arrived in New Orleans, Matt took care of us every step of the way. He attended to all of the details and made himself always available just a phone call away. Our Mardi Gras trip was one that was curated and catered to our taste. We had an ABSOLUTE BLAST and I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a unique, exclusive experience in New Orleans.

Matt and his team did a fantastic job with our Mardi Gras trip. He helped us build a customized plan leading up to fat tuesday. He took care of the logistics so we could enjoy the trip and not sweat the details. Even throwing in a few unexpected surprises that really made the trip. Matt and team are super professional, answering all your upfront questions. They document everything in contracts & writing so you can have piece of mind. Completely worth a few extra bucks to beat the crowds and hassle!

We TRULY LOVED our Mardi Gras experience, and that was in large part to Mardi Gras Made EZ (aka New Orleans VIP Experience) and their amazing high level of service! I can not imagine having done Mardi Gras any other way. We opted to go all out for our 1st time, and chose a package that included a VIP Balcony (with all you can drink and food) right on the parade route for Sunday, attending the Orpheuscapade Ball (including food and unlimited drinks) Monday night, and ending with a VIP Balcony on Bourbon Street for Fat Tuesday. All of this came at a VERY reasonable price for what all was included! ...and when I say VIP, I mean VIP! We were on a large (non-cramped) balcony Sunday and at a prime corner location with top shelf liquor and amazing food (all non-stop for nearly 12 hrs!). Monday we had a private car (and a police escort) that got us to the Ball in no time, and were ushered to a table right along the railing to be in a perfect position to catch throws from the parade as it came through the Convention Center prior to the party kicking into high-gear with Harry Connick taking the stage (all while we drink and ate to our hearts content). Finally Fat Tuesday was perfection, as we were treated to a corner balcony on Bourbon Street with a perfect view of the throngs of people wadding up and down the street, and again enjoyed all while throwing back premium beverages! One of the testaments to Matthew and his team at Mardi Gras Made EZ (aka New Orleans VIP Experience), was meeting a couple on Sunday from Florida that said they have use their services for 5 years in a row. I understand why too; I haven't stopped talking about our amazing experience since we got home last week, and will tell anyone who will listen to go to Mardi Gras in NoLa at least once and make sure you call Matthew to make sure your trip is done right!!

If you plan to go to NOLA, you need these guys!!! Matthew and his team are exceptional! We hired New Orleans VIP Experience for a work offsite event and they made the planning process so simple for us. Matthew is so accommodating and won't stop working until you are 100% satisfied. I truly appreciate all of the effort Matt and his team put into making sure our outing went off without a hitch! The amount of connections they have throughout the city is impressive!
