Just finished Ted’s level 1 acting class and I cannot emphasize how much it has changed me - for the better. Ted has an uncanny way of making everyone feel comfortable while also encouraged and eager to step outside of their comfort zone. He is constructive in his feedback, not critical, which makes you want to be your very best acting self. I feel more confident not only in the acting class itself, but in life. I felt intellectually stimulated throughout the course and really gave it my all. I have already signed up for level 2 and plan to continue onward. Thank you Ted!

The classes were totally different than I expected. I wasn’t sure I could keep up but I was able to. I enjoyed it so much! I was particularly thrilled that I convinced almost everyone that it was my story when it was my partner’s experience in one of the exercises. The instructor was very motivating & encouraging. The fee for the series was quite reasonable also. The whole experience was the closest I ever got to actually act a scene which was/is my dream goal. I would recommend these acting / improv classes to anyone who desires the experience of acting.

I just completed Ted's Level 1 improv class (6 sessions, 2 hours each), and I can honestly say it was transformative. Ted creates an incredibly safe and welcoming environment where you feel free to explore and take risks. His approach is gentle yet focused - he knows exactly when to let the energy flow and when to lovingly redirect the group back on track. What struck me most was Ted's intuitive ability to suggest exercises and themes that seemed perfectly tailored to what each person needed to work on. Whether this was conscious or not, he has an uncanny gift for reading the room and offering exactly the right challenge at the right moment. For me, every exercise felt like it was addressing something I personally needed to practice. The impact went far beyond the classroom. After just the first session, Ted reignited my passion for acting in a way that led me to make some major life decisions - including enrolling in conservatory and relocating to continue my training. While Ted may not realize the profound role he played in that journey, his approach to improv and his genuine care for his students created the perfect conditions for that leap. If you're looking for more than just improv techniques - if you want a teacher who truly sees his students and creates space for real growth - I can't recommend Ted highly enough. Six weeks with him reminded me why I fell in love with performance in the first place.

Took two improv classes and going to take more! Ted is the best teacher. He is so kind and encouraging. I recommend taking any classes. They have so many choices for all different ages! And then go see their improv show!

As a Success Coach and speaker it was suggested that I take an Improv class. I was a bit uncomfortable when I started, but that quickly passed. The teacher is great and ensures that everyone in the class is treated equally and gets involved. The skills are so useful in so many ways.
