I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune with Neeta Tours and Travels for the first time, and the experience has been really disappointing. My bus was scheduled for 6:20 PM but was delayed until 7:05 PM. It was supposed to reach Pune by midnight, yet it’s 11:00 PM now and I’m still stuck in Vashi. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Driver Name: Chandesh Chaubey Route: Pune to Mumbai The driver was extremely rude. After booking, Neeta Travels sent us the driver’s details along with his number. However, when I called the driver, he rudely replied that he did not know where he would stop at my location and asked me to talk to Neeta Travels instead. He also said, “I am driving, don’t call me.” If the driver himself is unsure of the designated stops, how can he operate on this route? I tried contacting the Neeta Travels office, but my calls were not answered. This made my experience even worse. Later, when I visited the Neeta Travels office in person, the staff informed me that the bus was 40 minutes late. If the bus is delayed, isn’t it the company’s responsibility to inform passengers in advance? Eventually, I managed to board the bus. During the journey, I noticed further unprofessional behavior. A lady passenger called the same driver to confirm her boarding point. The driver again said, “I don’t know, I will tell you when I reach there.” Intentionally, he crossed her stop without halting and later called her to claim that he had stopped there, which was untrue. I would recommend people not to travel from NEETA TRAVELS conductors/ Drivers doesn’t have Basic Manner to attend and Respect people who travel in their buses. Bus already 1.30 hr late but they they are like hota rehta hai. They provide same pillow & Kumble (chadar) to every alternate customer without washing if asked to conductor to provide new pillow & Kumbel then they say we have only this everyone have to use the same.
