The car selection is pretty decent but all that is over shadowed by rude employees and managers. Two of the exit managers were super rude and condescending due to my age and so was one of the exit attendants. They have a note in my file notating I'm allowed to have whatever vehicle I want due to my company contract. The first day I picked up my car I picked up a luxury car without much resistance but the next day when I had to switch it out for a new one 2 of the female managers and one of the gate attendants were so rude saying all sorts of stuff because they didn't want to put the car in their name stating in going to crash it. I'm Executive Elite and choose to rent with National/Enterprise. I've been in a vehicle for over 150 days this year and 80% of those days have been a luxury vehicle with 0 accidents. The gate would not open if I wasn't allowed to have a vehicle and the system knows my age and it allows me to book luxury vehicles on my corporate policy because I'm allowed to have them. I spoke to the branch manager who was nice and he gave me his card to reach out but got no response and the corporate number also hasn't responded. This location is lacking the appropriate customer service training and policy training. They need to be educated so they don't discriminate against someone based off their age.

National car rental at Philly airport is great! Wide selection of vehicles on the emerald aisle and helpful staff. Then Marcus at the return lane was very kind and helpful to welcome me back. Then James the shuttle driver was also kind and helpful to get on and off the bus. National people and cars are the best! Jim Landers of st joseph, MO

I’m a National Executive Club member and love their selection of late model cars - from high end Sporty to moderately priced new Cars. Friendly helpful staff!!!! Shuttle bus leaves often and is quick to get me back to the main Philadelphia terminal. Highly recommended for a quality experience!! Toyre is a great and very friendly bus driver - made my trip enjoyable!

I rent cars a lot for work. Usually every 2 weeks for about 10 days each time. I find National Car rental very convenient. They make it quick to get a car of your choice and quick to return. Everyone I have met in the different National Car rental locations have been very pleasant and attentive. All of these rentals have been at airports, I'm not sure how the others are. Thank you for the excellent service that you provide.

I like to choose the car I wanted. I chose the Ford F150 because that is what I drive at home and I am used to driving such a vehicle. Everything worked great. Pickup and drop off was seamless. If I can be picky, the passenger side front vent had a rattle that I could not figure out and drove me a little crazy till I just turned on the radio and drowned it out. Other than that was a great vehicle and great service.
