Management clearly doesn't value their employees. It's obvious from the constant staff turnover that they see their workers as disposable. This poor treatment trickles down to the customer experience, leading to a disorganized and frustrating journey.

Dont buy tickets from this company! National changed my schedule and offer me refund if I was not satisfied with the schedule, so I opted out and request my refund. After a month of several calls with no answers, no airplane tickets and no money back I'm writing this review. Hopefully helps everyone else not be in the same situation.

Cargo Charter Flights are hit or miss. Hired this company for an urgent shipment of medical supplies from China and their plane broke down multiple times. Needless to say everything was late. It completely defeated the point of a charter. Hope they get it together. Always want to see people do well.

National is grossly incompetent. Their customer service sucks. They cancel flights and close their call centre. Brilliant way to avoid your customers who are stuck and trying to get home. Fly someone else.

Not the best cargo/charter airline but the service was decent, plane was clean, and overall the experience was good. Would I fly on them to ONT again? probably not. but keep up the good work!
