I’ve been gambling for awhile and every now and then I stop coming because the attitudes never change. … the drink service has gone down hill!!!! The worst attitudes to be in the customer service industry. I’m sorry that this is the only “skill” set you may have…. But instead of being sorry about it maybe be pleasant since it’s your JOB.

Nice rooms! They are very big, a bit outdated and the toilets flushing sounds is like a Cat5 hurricane...so LOUD. The only other thing, is that they don't offer daily cleaning services for the rooms. Nice hotel though. The Grill restaurant food was okay, which was the only other semi-budget friendly place since the buffet was shutdown during the weekdays since it's the now off-season.

This a very well kept property. The casino is very clean and everything works from the gaming machines to the voucher machine. The buffet is great. The price is very reasonable and the food is exceptional including the freakin dessert part, holy crap!. When we go this is where I prefer to stay!

Our room was nice. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Our suite had a steam room shower and a jacuzzi in our room. Clean and quiet. Only complaint is the cigarettes in the casino was gross. Designated areas for smokers where non-smokers Don't have to breathe it would be nice.

The rooms at Montego Bay are wonderful, clean, and spacious. I love that they offer rooms with 2 KING beds for when we bring another couple. Downside to their casino is that they usually only have one craps table open and at 7pm the minimum bets are raised.

I am a long-time customer at Montego Bay, and I want to provide feedback that I hope will be taken seriously from an operational and guest-service standpoint. Prior to arriving, I called and was informed that if I spoke with the pit boss (Paulo/Polo), a single blackjack table could be adjusted from $10 down to $5. This is a reasonable request, especially considering that Sundays frequently feature $5 tables and there were multiple $10, $15, and $25 tables available with open seats. When I arrived, the request was denied outright. The concern here is not the $5 difference—it is the inconsistency between what is communicated to customers and what is actually honored on the floor. Casinos depend heavily on repeat guests, and consistent communication is a core part of maintaining trust and loyalty. When guests are told an accommodation is possible and then later dismissed, it reflects poorly on the property and on pit-level decision-making. One adjusted table would not have disrupted operations, and the refusal gave the impression of inflexibility toward returning players who contribute significant business over time. I’m submitting this feedback in hopes that management reviews how these decisions are communicated and handled in the future. Consistency and guest-focused service are important, and improving clarity around table limits and pit authority would go a long way in strengthening the customer experience at Montego Bay.

A fun place to visit and play a few slots. Tables are more expensive than the other casinos around. They also have a sports bet area and even have a buffet. The buffet kept the food warm and fresh. It's definitely worth a visit if you're out in west wendover.
