We had an unexpected delay to TEB for almost 8 hours. Our experience while at Monmouth Jet Center while there was great, We received exceptional service from all of the ramp and customer service employees. They had a very unique and comfortable crew lounge and even had candy treats and fresh cookies. The employees made us very comfortable during our long delay. 10/10! We flew into Monmouth Airport and parked at the Jet Center for a quick overnight and the service was amazing! From the line guys assisting our crew with all our requested services, to the accommodating front desk customer service in the FBO, to the wonderful, little goodies in the restrooms. We were so pleased with this charming little FBO! If you happen to be flying in the area, make sure to add Monmouth Jet Center as a place to stop because it’s definitely worth checking out!

Great FBO, great folks, great snacks. The attention to detail here in providing comforts for passengers and crews is top tier. The welcoming nature of the employees and the care for people that pass through here is hardly paralleled in the entire northeast.
