Monarch Air was amazing to work with for our first-time charter family trip. Communication was fast and Zak was super patient with all my many questions. He really made the whole process very easy. The actual flying experience was terrific too - everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely do this again!

Monarch Air Group with our account manager Matt Caruso provided Excellent, Professional, Exceptional customer care, the plane, date, time we needed along with the people to support our flight. Professional considerate friendly pilots, a chauffeur who was kind, and on top of every thing. When I needed this transportation day to be perfect for my family member to move to another state, they made sure it was. I was extremely happy with the entire trip and will call on their services again!

Noah was incredible. I was stranded in NYC for 5+ hours with my only options to get back for incredibly important work and family obligations. From 10 pm to 3 am he was on the phone, making calls, locking things down to secure a flight home for me. Every other plane out of NYC was grounded and Noah made it happen for me to get home in time. The flight was incredibly comfortable and the flight crew was top tier professional. Could not speak more highly of the experience and am extremely grateful.

I charter roughly 3 times a year. This is the worst service I've used. The equipment was delayed on departure and return and each time a recovery plane had to be secured for extra $$ on each leg. NO WEATHER delays either way. Even my point of contact said "I'll understand if you don't want to use us again". My experience is their operators are a bit subpar. It's a 2* because at least he acknowledged the poor service and apologized for it.

From start to finish, our experience was beyond what one may expect when charting air travel. Laura was absolutely incredible; she was available to answer any and every question we had, really just very, very pleasant. Everyone was ready and waiting upon our arrival, it was a seamless boarding experience. The Hawker was/is gorgeous, the pilots were both impeccable, and our attendant -Elisabeth- ensured out every need was met. I would HIGHLY recommend this outfit to anyone who desires a memorable travel experience. Great job y’all, keep it up!!!

I would NOT recommend Monarch Air Group for your private charter. I spent $39,000 on my trip, My luggage was left at the airport and did not make it on the plane. 0 accommodations were attempted to get it to us. I had to fly my assistant for almost another $2,000 on American airlines to get my bags to us. The Return flight was switched with a half ass jet at best, it had no blankets, no accommodations. the interior was heavily damaged, none of the window shades worked so we were stuck in the dark the entire trip. on top of this, the return flight was 4 HOURS LATE!!!!, again no accommodation was made. It appears they intercepted an empty leg from St. Martin that was clearly less expensive for Monarch air group, however there was no savings from my end only headaches, and a 4 hour delay. Monarch air group VP reached out to me Via email to ask how my trip was, I professionally stated my frustration, I got no reply or follow up, I then reached out again 2 weeks later to see if they had seen my email, still no response. Save your self the headache and low customer service standards , I highly recommend using a different broker for your air charter, I have since used Amalfi jets for my private travel and have been impressed thus far with their customer service and response times.

We wish we could give Brian a 10 star rating! He was so amazing to work with securing a flight after many changes and requests to rebook when our dates kept moving. He was so professional and kind each time our goal post changed and he had to reqoute an our flight three times. He put a lot of work in each time and always said it wasn’t a problem. The flight was seamless and incredible. Highly recommend.

Monarch Air Group was excellent! Zak was very professional and responsive from the first online inquiry. My boss was really pleased with the service. Both flights were on time.
