Called South Burlington officer-where we’ve contacted an agent in the past-no answer, only a VM that I was calling after hours. I called the Middlebury office-I was essentially told that there wasn’t much they could do and that we can’t get our $1600 back. We are still working on. A solution, but we will NEVER use Milne Travel again. The radio ads with Mr. Milne are reassuring that everyone goes out of their way to help customers no matter what the situation. This is most definitely not the case!

We had a party of 8, 5 traveling from VT. When we picked out package we were to fly out early AM and would have gotten to our destination in time for dinner. Later our flights were changed to fly out at a later time. We would not get to out destination until 11:00PM. When I told the agent that getting to the resort at 11:00 was not acceptable because the five of us would be paying for a day but using the suits for an hour or less. No response. A week before we left I sent another message asking if we could change our flights and expressed my dismay. No response. Definitely will not use or recommend this agency.
