Millionaire employee de-icing a JetBlue aircraft we were on hit the wing and bent it right outside our window seat. We witnessed the whole thing. We had to return to the gate and reschedule our flight. This employees mistake cost us 260 dollars in uber fees. Do better. I'm so angry I should have NOT had occur this expense due to incompetence of a millionaire employee. Millionaire can kindly refund me and I hope this employee is fired. Everyone on this full aircraft was caused unnecessary inconvenience due to the employee negligence.

Great place. $20 entrance fee is ok, but parking around is terrible. It would also be better that the people can watch two cockpits at the same time, so the line only is the half length.

This is probably one of the nicest FBOs I've been in (over 100 and counting). Restrooms are above par for cleanliness, good choice of drinks on offer. Easy access to/from the main road.

Beautiful lobby, view of the apron and enough ammenities to keep you comfortable for hours. Included confrence room, pilots lounge, gym ex... Would reccomend to anyone flying into the Hudson River Valley area. Staff is also very professional and accommodating with lots of experience.
