No one will talk to you. Going on 45 days just to look at a 2 page document.

Worst service of an service based company I've ever dealt with. I have called them over 1000 times in the last week and have not been able to connect with an agent as they reject your call if they have more than a couple people in the cue. If they don't answer me by tomorrow, they will reject my application for a medical because I cant get ahold of them. Horrible service.

This is the worst customer service I’ve had ever. No one answers, just cuts you off the phone. Submitted my Medical Cert and it took them over a month to respond. I can’t imagine there are that many cases it takes a month to send me a letter stating I need a corrective eye exam to get my license. Terrible terrible terrible horrible job.

Encourages fliers to hide medical problems based on how hard it is to deal with them trying to come back to flying. Wasted thousands of dollars and its been over 5 years only for them to reject a medical when all the other doctors said everything is great. 0 stars.
