I rented SR-20 from Mike Goulian Aviation at Bedford while visiting family over Thanksgiving holiday, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating staff, knowledgeable and professional flight instructors, and clean and well maintained airplanes. I ended up flying my family from Boston area down to NYC and around Manhattan through Hudson corridor and the experience was once in a lifetime! The MGA you tube video entitled "Last Chance Flow " is an excellent explanation of the technique a pilot should employ just before takeoff, on the 500 ft call out before landing , and cleanup after landing and clearing the runway. Michael Goulian gives a brief, no frills, and concise method for pilot action in these circumstances ... good advice for any pilot!
