We had such an amazing time with Miami On The Water! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish — easy booking, friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere. The boat was clean, comfortable, and perfect for taking in the beautiful Miami skyline. 🌴⛵️ The captain and crew were fantastic, super welcoming, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. The views at sunset were absolutely breathtaking, and it was the highlight of our trip. Great tour, great staff. Would definitely go again with this company! My only feedback, my parents are elderly and needed a place to sit down and they would not allow us on the boat until 10 minutes before supposed to take off/set sail (yet they “required” check in 40 minutes before). That was fine, we went and got a drink to wait. However, they held fast to that 10 minute boarding and we ended up taking off 20-25 minutes late. Note: the boat was there at the dock. Otherwise. Great cruise!

We absolutely loved this excursion! Staff were very professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate that the tour was bilingual and inclusive! My entire family enjoyed this including kids and husband who are usually difficult to entertain. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Miami On the Water! Booking was easy and everyone was so friendly. The bar on board was convenient, and the bathrooms were clean. The view on the route is gorgeous. Thank you to the staff who made the experience special!

Used ‘Miami on the Water’ to book the ‘ Everglades Eco-Adventure Tour’ which included: picked up from the hotel (on time!) , transport out to the Everglades park, an Air-Boat ride, a gator show and return transport to hotel. Was a very organised and seamless day. Our tour guide Antoine was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was rainy, was still a great day and managed to see some gators. Recommend bringing poncho (or the shop there sells if needed)
