Have no expectations staying here. The lobby looks contemporary, but everything beyond the elevators are extremely tired & dated. No difference between this and the oldest Super 8 or Best Western you’ve ever stayed at on a road trip but it’s 5 times the price. It’s only purpose would be to avoid Ubering in the wee hours of the morning for a red eye flight. And in hindsight, that’s exactly what we’ll do next time, because the regret of paying so much money for a dumpy room overpowered any convenience. Even worse, we were both too tired to get a refund and go somewhere else. The motel is before security check in, so no advantage there either. The only bright spot was lots of dining and drinking options nearby before the security checkpoints. Air Margaritaville in front of the lobby had great food, and amazing cocktails at a fair price.

We was told to go to Martin the employee, to get three wheel chairs. St the time he was texting on hid phone.. Martin did not want to be bothered.. My sister has stage 4 lung cancer,, my brother that had hip problems and limps terribly,, and my younger sister who has COPD respiratory problem needed assistance with wheel chairs. Martin yelled at my sister. He put his hands in her face. Telling my sister to go to the guy that actually sent us to Martin. I was taken to his supervisor but this young lady was NO HELP at ALL. She gave me a email to her boss. I'm appalled of such behavior. And how we spend so much money and to be treated that way. This was my first on a plane. If employees of Southwest Airlines treat people like this. I won't EVER fly with them. They act like there're over worked and under paid. This Martin guy needs to fired. He's VERBALLY ABUSIVE !!! HE CAN HURT SOMEONE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT! WE WERE VEEY AFTAI A OF THIS GUY... BE AWARE SOUTHWESTERN DONT CARE ... AT YOU OWN RISK...

This Airport Hotel was a pleasant surprise! You truly can't beat the convenience. We were right at the airport, which made it perfect for our flights. The room was clean, quiet, even with hearing the planes fly overhead, and it was more comfortable than I expected for an airport hotel. The front desk staff were courteous, relatable, and professional. Check-out and check-in were smooth processes. It's not luxury, but for a layover or quick overnight stay, it absolutely does the job. I appreciated having a private space to rest without going too far from the terminal. Would definitely stay here again if I have a tight connection or early departure.

Our flight was on time the airport was clean. We moved to the airport very fast. The staff was amazing and it was pretty cool to walk through there. It was air-conditioned totally loved it here.

The elevator is right in the terminal. there is not much security on who uses it. The restaurant is only open from noon on. If you want to check in your room, go to sleep, roll out of bed, and go to the terminal. it's perfect. if you're looking for hot coffee or meals or security, not so much.

I recently flew with American Airlines to Nashville, Tennessee. Initially, I was disappointed because although I paid for an upgrade, there wasn’t space for my luggage near my seat, so I had to place it all the way at the back of the plane. I informed the flight attendant about the situation, explaining that I had paid to be seated up front. She was very understanding and later returned to help me, she found space closer to my seat and I moved my luggage closer. I truly appreciated her kindness and effort to assist me. The flight itself was great, check-in was smooth, and the extra legroom was worth it. Overall, despite the initial issue, the service was excellent, and I would definitely fly American Airlines again.
