I have had the pleasure of working with Greg and the team at Metrowest Limo for several years. I am a frequent business traveler and they are my go-to for all Logan needs. They are prompt, flexible and their vehicles are clean. I would highly recommend them.

This was a short notice requirement, and Greg's group came through...as usual. Flying has become a bit more stressful, parking a lot more costly, and depending on someone to absolutely be there for you when they offer you a ride...at 3 in the morning ads more stress. So, I always...ALWAYS rely on Metrowest Limo.Recently I had a friend come into town. She was arriving Boston at an odd hour, and I knew I could rely on Greg to gather her up, and deliver her comfortably and safely. This is the place to turn to!

My husband and I had a good experience with Metrowest Limousine. They were reliable, dependable and the drivers were very good and friendly. We had a 3 a.m. pick up and they were right there on time. Both cars we were in were clean and fresh.

I reserved a limo from Metrowest Limousine to drive 10 people into Boston for my daughter's 16th birthday. I received a confirmation email, with the disclaimer that "this reservation CANNOT be considered FINAL or CONFIRMED until it is approved by one of our representatives. An email notification will be sent to the address you provided once this reservation is reviewed." Five days later I had not heard from the company, and the event was less than two weeks away. I called the company and was told that not only was my reservation not confirmed, but the vehicle I had requested is "out of service" and unavailable (and will be for the foreseeable future). The company representative told me I could reserve another vehicle for an additional fee. Instead, I reserved a limo from one of this company's competitors. Terrible experience - avoid Metrowest Limousine.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked this company for my wedding. Had a verbal confirmation with the owner of the company. He took all my credit card information , set up a timeline for the day and told me we were all set. Almost two weeks later no money was taken from my account and no confirmation email was sent so I reached out to them asking what the deal was. The same man who I booked the party bus with told me no money was taken from my account because "They couldn't fit me in that day" I asked him how I was supposed to know he couldn't fit me in if he never called or emailed me to let me know. With my wedding TWO WEEKS away, he didn't seem to care much. Didn't try and help figure something out or suggest a new place. VERY unprofessional, VERY unreliable and VERY unorganized. Will definitely never consider using them and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. That being said if you are looking for a company who is helpful, reliable, and willing to make something work for you last minute, use AA Transportation out of Shrewsbury, MA.
