Vitally was able to secure us a smooth ride under very challenging circumstances: we had a passenger who needed to leave Mexico in a hurry to receive medical attention. He was courteous and efficient. The crew he secured was timely and polite. Five Stars only begins to describe his service.

Our family flew from Dallas to Cozumel and back with our two boxers. Everything was arranged perfectly by Vitaliy from catering, Uber transportation, itinerary communication, service call follow ups, customs service and overall comfort. It was so great to be able to bring two big dogs with us on our trip. Next time we fly with our dogs, we will definitely be contacting Vitaliy.

Everything was perfect except catering. Hot food was ice cold. And we ordered a lot of soda but the plane came with soda and alcohol. Everything else was great

Vitality was outstanding to work with. Everything he did was exactly as promised. Extremely responsive and proactive. Really stayed on top of things throughout the trip. Impressive.

They are nothing more than 'Bait and Switch' . Agreed to and paid for small jet service, and received Turbo Prop plane. What should have been a 2-2.25 hour trip turned into a 3.5 hour haul. Messed up on ground transport as well. Would not recommend them and will never use them again.
