Excellent service! We rented a limo for Homecoming and had an amazing experience. The car was spotless, the driver was professional, and everything ran perfectly on time. A 5-star experience!

Few communication issues but overall the experience was great. I had to remind them of pre-discussed headcount updates a few times and not updating the meeting location which caused the driver to get confused at the pickup spot but it was easy to redirect him.
