    Absolutely Outstanding! This store is one of the cleanest and most beautiful places I’ve ever shopped. The produce is always fresh, the shelves are well organized, and everything looks inviting. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping things spotless and well stocked. The employees are also incredibly friendly and helpful — they go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. It’s a pleasure to shop here every time!

    Adam Kerre in the Meat Section helped me today. I ordered a pound of ground chuck. Quietly standing at the empty counter I contemplated what I wanted to order and Adam was nearby working and saw that I needed assistance. He promptly stated “I’ll be with you shortly”. He safely placed the cart he was working with out of the way of customers and proceeded to the counter to assist me. Not only was he kind and professional but he gave me the best service I’ve ever received at any Meijer location. He greeted me kindly and we had a lovely brief conversation. I’m new to the area and have only attended this Meijer location on two prior occasions. Adam left a positive impact on me today. Our brief conversation let me know that despite the current employee shortage in the meat sector that he was working hard to ensure every positions duties were fulfilled and I have no doubt that he absolutely tends to every customer with friendliness and grace. Thank you Adam and thank you Meijer for hiring him. Please hire more employees like him for he is one of the greats! Give this man a raise!

    Great selection but I rushed through the self check out and was pulled aside by the security. They apologized after checking all my things as they thought I didn't scan some items. I would want to only visit during lull periods so I may take my time through checkout and not hold up the line as it becomes quite packed in the evening.

I took a picture of the clearance tag and showed it to the manager, Matt, to inquire about the price. When I showed him that the same item was listed for the same price on Meijer’s website, he dismissed it, stating they “don’t price match” and they “aren’t using Google,” even though I was clearly showing the official Meijer website. Throughout the interaction, Matt repeatedly rolled his eyes at me, shook his head, and displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. After leaving the store, I called Meijer customer service. However, they mistakenly transferred me back to the store, where I was connected to Matt again. Instead of addressing my concerns, he told me to “get lost” and hung up the phone. This type of attitude and treatment from management is completely unacceptable. Matt’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
