Flew into KMCL today. Man, talking about professional and nice. The line tech was outstanding!! He gave us restaurant recommendations and was just a happy guy to talk to. They are opening their new terminal soon and hope to fly back in to try the Italian food he recommended. Highly recommend for a quick lunch or dinner date. It’s an 1 to 1.5 hour flight from north Texas.

Great little airport…friendly staff, clean terminal building w/ a new one being build…courtesy car…24hr access.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful. He was the attendant and got our fuel and answered our questions. Very clean terminal and cool on a hot summer day. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for parking and the runway was very nice and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Was clean inside, they kept the doors open for us while we made a quick trip around town. Very accommodating.

Getting a new terminal. As of September 10, 2024 the terminal is not done yet but it is on its way to be completed. Something I was made aware, but I could be wrong, there were two pilots wandering and they came to me asking me where is the fuel? The selfservice fuel pump? Well, they had to call someone to get fuel for them from the truck. That means it is being asked about it and I am sure they are not the only ones
