Scheduled pickup at 4:45 am. Received email confirmation. No driver at 5:00 am. Almost missed our plane. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF THIS IS YOUR ONLY RIDE TO AIRPORT IN THE EARLY MORNING. YOU WILL MISS YOUR FLIGHT! And then they aren’t courteous enough to call us back to explain what happened. 2/4/25

We have used MBA many times for over 5 years and have never had a problem. Our pickups have always been on time or a bit early, the drivers have driven safely and shown us courtesy, and the vans were clean. We have never seen any of the things that the negative reviews have mentioned.

Have had 2 scary rides over the last few months. Will NEVER use again. First driver was speeding on 75 & we almost slammed into car in front of us. We were hoping that was an isolated incident so we gave them another chance. The second driver started to turn wrong way/opposite direction until my husband stopped her. Then she disregarded a stop sign & almost hit a golf cart. This was just in our community. Needless to say the rest of the ride was frightening. The van sounded like it was going to fall apart. We called & were promised a phone call from management. We are still waiting. I have no idea how they can stay in business. CONSUMERS BE AWARE. We will NEVER trust MBA again. If I could give them zero stars I would. I shouldn’t fear for our lives when using a transportation company.

There maybe a few bad apples from time to time but they are swiftly removed. We are apprised of 3 family businesses not a monopoly. 3 small family businesses that came together to provide service to RSW and the traveling public. We strive to be clean safe and give a flat rate service. There are no chaotic rates as one review suggested. We have a zone map which has only increased 3$ per zone in 20 years.. 20 years. - We are all hands on and lose sleep over a bad review. Because there are many moving parts once in a blue moon something can fall through the cracks, we’re human, our people are human … but we strive to make it right if and when there is an issue. - Reviews are not always accurate; over 20 years we have had hundreds of thousands of riders the majority with a positive experience. But when people are happy, they don’t rush to Google to write a review.

Do use them! Use Uber and schedule a ride ahead of time. MBA left us stranded after making a reservation four days prior for our 5am flight. Had to rush and park at airport. Reached out to them via email and zero response. They told me reservation was with parent company “bluebird transportation” and when I called that morning when no car showed up they had no idea of the reservation. At least with uber you have a way to rectify the situation.
