    The airport is clean, organized, and well-staffed. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests like fuel and tie downs. Our pleasant airport arrival really set a nice relaxed tone for our outing so, thanks!

    Flying in on Cape Air island Hopper was thrilling. Great pilots. All the staff on the ground were helpful and knowledgeable.

    If you want your belongings destroyed and to be treated like you’re the problem, this airport security is perfect for you. On 9/24 at 9:30am, the girl at the checkpoint managed to combine arrogance, ignorance, and carelessness all at once. I told her clearly that Polaroid photos cannot go through the scanner. She pretended not to understand, pointed at a box as if it was a safe option, and then sent them straight through the machine, instantly ruining $100 worth of photos.

    This airport is tiny and bursting at the seams at high tourists time. TSA definitely screws you around, more than any other airport I've flown. You wait on the tarmac in August under a great white tent with benches, Port o potties, chips, and a large fan. Not impressive 😕.

    JetBlue nightmare… they changed flight time with such short notice that over 20 people lost their flight. Three babies and one toddler were left behind with their families and friends with no support or understanding by the JetBlue staff. No accommodation was offered when a night here can be around $700 per room easily. Flight got delayed from 4.57pm to 7.50pm. We were told at 3pm so we decided to stay in Edgartown with our little 2 year old and 91 year old great grandmother and changed our taxi booking. Then we suddenly got an email update at 5pm saying to be in the airport by 5.20 because flight departure had changed to 5.50. We rushed into the first taxi we found and while the airplane was still on the ground they decided to leave the 20 passengers behind (small babies and elderly included). We were not the only ones and it was very poorly handled by the elder lady working at JetBlue that day. I would not recommend this airline or airport destination if you not ready to either stay in the airport for long hours until they get organized with their timelines or miss a flight and deal with all the stress that creates. The staff will treat you like it’s your fault when the reality is that they DO NOT COMMUNICATE effectively and leave customers behind. If you have your own private jet I guess it’s best ;)
