There is a lady who is absolutely unprofessional while giving you services. You have to follow up so many times with them. When ask for boarding passes earlier they promise they will do but later they are like we will not do anything for you boarding it is your responsibility. They make stories that health part is required where as other agent does even without visa. Many a times they don’t pick call also and unless you don’t follow up many times your work will not be done. Not recommended place to go. They have anger problem and try to show to their customers when they complain about anything. If you ask them any question or reconfirm anything they will reply check with customer care.

Very bad experience. They take money but cancel tickets last minute. This has happened with us twice where they’ve canceled our tickets last minute WITHOUT INFORMING US. The only reason we found out is because we checked ourselves. They take money and even if you’ve paid months in advance they will sell the ticket last minute at a higher price without informing you. NEVER TRUST THEM. Scammers.

Manju Travels was able to get me a 1AC coupe booking at short notice. It was a bit of a gamble since at the time of booking the tickets were WL but they were confident of a confirmed reservation which it eventually did become just before the chart was made. I would recommend them for your ticketing needs as they seem quite knowledgeable in the area and also because of the quality of service and overall communication readiness.

Manju Travels took ₹6,000 from my father in June 2025 for ticket booking and never provided the ticket. They kept delaying, stopped answering calls, and have still not returned the money. This is clear fraud and highly untrustworthy behaviour. I strongly advise others not to deal with them. Better be cautious!
