Among other things, this experience was weird..not sure what was going on with these workers, but the girl at the desk was rude to everyone in our party, including the 3 very quiet staff members with me on the trip. As we were leaving with all of our luggage, the young guy line worker just stood in the area behind the front desk close to the front desk girl and didn't offer to give us a ride to our plane which wasn't very close..they had an available cart, because 10 minutes later I saw him giving a ride to another lady to her plane.. even the guy who came out to unchock the tires didn't say one word or even acknowledge us.. the only friendly encounter we had the entire brief time there was with the woman cleaning the bathrooms-she was very friendly.. however, this was easily our worst FBO experience, and it's not even close.

The best FBO I’ve been to. We stopped in (in a 182) for dinner in Portland. Fueling was taken care of, fees were waived, and they offered us the courtesy car for a few hours. I will keep recommending MAC to other pilots flying into PWM. Thank you!

Terrific FBO. Pre arranged a 25 hour inspection on factory new engine. Dropped off the aircraft at the FBO jet side late evening and it was all serviced and ready to go by 13 the next day exactly as planned. These guys clearly know exactly what they are doing. Very highly recommended.
