I found Nadia a couple years ago (pre-pandemic) when searching for cruise/port information for a cruise I had already booked. Nadia provided helpful information even though I hadn't used her services (yet). I promised for my next booking I would utilize her services...and then the pandemic happened... But all is well and we have kept in touch while waiting for cruising to start up again and we booked a cruise through her. Nadia works tirelessly for her clients to get them the best rate, updating progress and re-pricing the cruise when prices went down. She offers best advice on where to spend your money instead of just doing frivolous upgrades. She cares about her clients and taking care of them. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our cruise, but we have every intention of re-booking as soon as we can and we will absolutely work with Nadia again. Amazing customer service! Nadia is very knowledgeable, found the perfect cruise for us and got amazing deals for my family which involved accommodating a complex group with varied ages and needs.
