Absolute worst the most inefficient in the airport the warehouse workers are rude and lazy pure pain going there ... upper management has no clue !!!

Difficult to find. Difficult to trust always count your boxes before u sign out. They will tell you to stay on dock for hours. Wear your own safety vest if u don't want to wear their dirty one. They forced me to remove my religion symbol while they were asking me to wait for loader. And only one or two people knows English

They're amazing. Special thanks to Daniel, Williams, and the team for Qatar cargo. They made sure my cat was safe and warm and kept me updated whenever i called. The nicest staff and people here!

I never had to deal with lazy people in my life like the ones at lufthansa. At the time to do paperwork the girls at this place have a bad acttitud and dont care if you will miss a flight. What a bad costumer service they have. I will not recomended to any body to come here try other airlines bafore coming in here...

Two days of our vacation lost due to Lufthansa not communicating with United and losing our flight first time and canceling our second flight. I hate flying, so they re-booked us for an even longer flight, a flight back to another city, and than pass us off to another airline to get us to our original destination. We are already late for our wedding due to Lufthansa. DON'T FLY LUFTHANSA! Never had issues with flights until this. As for cargo, still waiting for our luggage from our canceled flight for over an hour.
