The front desk girls are addicted to sodas any driver buy them soda the put his documents at front for loading I waited for 5 hours and 6 driver skipped me at the cage. management need to take action don’t sleep please

Ok for all drivers coming in here for the first time, let me help u out. Park and wait till one of the "SLOT LOADING ONLY" spots to open up. Back up and go to the office. Sign in on the 2 tablets at the entrance, take a picture of the QR code it gives u. Thats your spot order. Go to tje window on the rigjt hand side and put your paerwork and ID on the counter,. When called they will ask for your qr code. They will give u paperwork and tell u to wait in the cage, or the drivers entrance door till your name is called. A little crazy if u dont know the rigjt steps. I messed up so uou dont. good luck

Horrible, horrendous, hell, insanity. Extremely Extremely Slow! They skip people left and right. You have to open and close the docks doors and ramps or they will just look at you confused. Checking is the worst thing I’ve witnessed. If you didn’t book and have ownership of the load you have to check in as whoever you book the load from. And if you show up after 5 make the paperwork you bring is the same paperwork you get back from them before the office closes for the night
