I'm going to give this place 4 stars because aside from the checkin which wasn't their fault, they were quick and friendly. The forklift drivers did a great job of loading me quick and they had multiple people chipping in so it took less then an hour. They people that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. I was here for a few hours but I really feel like I'd have been in and out quicker if there hadn't been a problem on my end when I went to check in. Plenty of space to back in as well

Not as bad as airlines pickup can be. You can wait in the truck until you get a door, and checkin process doesn't take more then 5-10 minutes. You have to be at the dock when they are loading you of course... It depends on the load you are picking up, how long the waiting time will be. Clean restroom, nice staging area.

Arrive early and you should be okay, got here at 7:30am out by 8:30 one pallet.

Check in wasn’t bad, and got a dock door not long after check in. Don’t know if it was my cargo or what but it wasn’t bad.

Uff...to be honest I gave 2 stars for what this place used to be, and that means fast check in and even faster check out (I'm a Sprinter driver, so I can speak just in my name). But, yesterday I was so disappointed by slooow process inside this cargo place. Stuff was very polite, but couldn't do much to help you with pick up. Really don't know where is an issue with their system. Like I said, it used to be super fast. Waited for more than 3 hours (came to pick up just two small pallets), some people waited even more. Waiting area was super packed, outside parking was full of trucks and other vans. Definitely management needs to do something fast

Fastest I been loaded was half hour, longest I have waited was 7 hours. Been here for truck load picks at least 10 times. As some have said, its a coin flip. 1 pallet or 100 pallets, really does not matter because you must get in a first come and serve check in basis. Paperwork (delivery order) can be emailed in the event you show up with no physical documents on hand. They follow an interesting zig zag procedure to check in using tokens that contain your phone number. Text you when to come to the counter for check in (Drivers license and Delivery Order & dock assign). Then follow up with one more text/call to come inside for the load up. Check screenshots for more specifics. 8-21-23 Had to wait 7 hours start to finish. Load up was only half hour. 2 hours for first initial check in at counter. 4.5 hours more of waiting until the phone call to get on the docks. This place used to be faster than this. Employee told me how exhausted she was putting the overtime in because they couldn’t keep up with the workflow. Ended up leaving by 1:30am when they REALLY should have closed up shop at 11:00. Thats how bad it is. Understaffed. Lufa NEEDS MORE PEOPLE TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS!
