The girl at reception is a lovely person. I don't remember her name, but the people responsible for loading the truck are irresponsible and lazy they didn't move the palejack leave the pressed and some pallets far from each other and from the front of the box The pallets were in the middle of the truck and it was a simple trip that ended up causing me losses because out of six pallets, five broke and I didn't make any hard breaks. Very sharp curve.

When you approach the reception, no respect no will come on discipline relation rude answers. You think yourself as a bigger asking them donation.

I had a very bad experience with Lufthansa airline, I don’t recommend this company to book with. They are disrespectful and uncooperative. On Saturday July 11th 2015, I supposed to leave from Metro Detroit airport in Michigan State in USA to Amman Jordan, Me, my wife and little son, he was just 4 months old, this is my Lufthansa booking code ( 7RQ3W8 ). Anyway, we reached the DTW airport before two hours and a half of the departure. When we went to do check in, the customer service said you are not allow to travel, because you don`t have a visa!!. I was like what visa?! I booked online, I put all my passport information, I called to confirm the booking and check the allowed luggage weight, nobody told me that I need a Visa, I got too mad, they were asking for a visa two hours prior the flight, after that he said go talked to the manager, I went to the manager, she was very rude and uncooperative she didn’t even want talk to me or pay any attention. After more than one hour of negotiation with a customer service, I ask them to let my wife and my son check in because they have an American passport don’t need a visa to travel. She said we cannot let them travel now, we close the check in, I told her we came here two hours and a half before the departure, and all of you know my issue and know that my son and wife are allowed to travel, we were in front of them all the time with our bags ready to go, nobody gave a notice that they’re going to close the flight! How could they close the check in without at least inform us !!!!!. My son was crying and my wife as well. We were all disappointed, all the customers over there feel sad for us also the coworkers of the DTW airport. All of them said that not fair, they cannot deny your wife and son from travel even you were here early and you were in front of counter. We stay there for three hours my son was crying and my wife, in addition our families were waiting us in Jordan airport, they were so excited to meet the first grandson in both families. But unfortunately LUFTHANSA were disrespectful, even I asked them to change the route for me and I am going to pay the difference, they denied. Then all who was their blame them how treat us and how they were uncooperative and careless. After that, we went back to our home in Michigan. We had been talking with Lufthansa customers service more than three days to find out a solution, they were not cooperative, I give them many choices, for example to book another days for us with their airline or to change the route or give us a gift card for Lufthansa airline, they denied everything. Even though when I told anyone about my experience with Lufthansa, said that wasn’t fair, they should at least book you in a different flight or give you a gift card for their company. it wasn’t our fault they just want to take money without checking the passport information or giving any idea to what you should do before you go to the airport or they have over booking on the flight that’s why didn’t allowed your wife and son go . As result, never think to book with this company, it is going to be the worst flight ever in your life and the worst experience, go to any carrier except them for sure will be way better than LUFTHANSA.

I need this business to import my German Shepherd Dogs. Lufthansa has the people I trust to take care of my doggies! 5 out of 5 stars. A very caring company!!

Waiting 2 hrs for live cargo from Kiev to be transported plane to pickup. No one knows what's going. Ridiculous! Have no idea status of the animals
