Worst place ever to drop off or pick up freight if you are sending anything through ALLIANCE GROUND INTERNATIONAL I would go with someone else!!!!!!!!! They make u sign in and the process still takes twice as long as any other airlines I have ever been too. The other front tellers won’t assist unless they are done joking and laughing in front of your face. Customer service and efficiency is last on these workers list.
