The entire staff here really made my day and helped me with a unique situation. I brought my dog crate in hoping they could help me deduce if it was compliant for Lufthansa international flights. They very graciously offered a lot time and support to make sure I was squared away and within standards. Ms Monika in particular even offered to help review my paperwork and double check to make sure my dog and I were properly booked and sorted for our flight. Without them, I would still be a nervous wreck about this very important international journey. Amazing team of empathetic and professional staff.
