Always busy this cargo but only work 2-3 people work for with Forklift waiting time is like forever, wasting time a lot. Every month receiving my cargo and minimum spent time 4-5 hours there. No body carry is your time. Bad customer service here

This freaking location is extremely ridiculous. You can come here to pickup/drop-off and wait for hours before anything can happen. If you come here make sure you have the whole day to spend otherwise if you need if a little faster service, find a different carrier.

Too slow, Have to wait for 2-3 hours to get loaded, 10 peoples a head of me, only 2-3 forklifts to load,I have to wait too long for only 1 pallet

Will wait here for hours and zero restroom 🚺 ..for drivers my stomach hurt for hours they still didn't let me use the restroom
