We just left from dropping our dog off at the Denver location. The woman at the front desk was absolutely rude. When attempting to ask if my kennel was set up correctly, her response was, "Well, we aren't going to help you." She was very short with me and my husband and seemed annoyed to even be checking us in. This was already an emotional experience, as our dog has never gone through shipping before. She made the experience 10× worse. I wish I could give 0 stars.

They handled our precious cargo, a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, with exceptional care. She landed and was happy and playful, not at all traumatized. Thank you
