With a Pittsburgh address on my package, I don't know how my shipment got delivered/diverted to this facility instead of Pittsburgh, PA. Unfortunately, I've not been lucky enough to speak with any of the "friendly" or knowledgeable CS representatives you guys are mentioning in these reviews. Instead of giving me information after such blunder, everyone I spoke with yesterday was mean and very unprofessional. They were either having their moments yesterday or they just don't belong in Customer Service. If I'm not able to get a hold of anyone that would clean up this mess or at least give me the information I need by the end of today, I'm going legal.

Technically, I was in the United Cargo area. But its all part of the same complex. They even share a counter. Unlike EWR, the woman I worked with here was pleasant and professional. I was here early morning and there was no waiting, no attitude and no drama.

I was there on the weekend. It's supposed to open at 9:00 for pickup. The attitude of the person saying I will get to the counter when I get to the counter was atrocious. We are time sensitive for these pickups 9:00 a.m. means 9:00 a.m. please try to figure out a way to make that happen
