Excellent job transporting our two pets (one dog and one cat), from Warsaw, Poland to San Francisco, United States. Both pets arrived healthy and in pretty good spirits. They added extra bedding to both animal crates and gave them water throughout the entire transport process. Would highly recommend their pet transport service.

Very unorganized. A new guy was starting and the manager was yelling at him. In front of 4 of us. I felt bad for him. Especially since they would rather have a birthday party them help their clients waiting.

Used this Company to import my German Shepherd Dogs. The process is at times frustrating but they seem to take good care of my dogs. Boy I wish there were coupons for shipping!

This has to be the absolute worst airline. They twice have botched trips. If they cancel a flight - which happens often they can never get you confirmed on another flight. Literally spent 12 HOURS on the phone today trying to rebook a cancelled flight. Ended up just rebooking on United. Can I give zero stars? The people are nice enough but their systems just don’t work.
