Shitty shitty shitty airline. We took 7 Lufthansa flights in last 5 weeks and not a single one was on time. They never start boarding at the time they mention on the boarding pass. If you fly business class, might be better but economy class folks are treated as herds of animals. Toilets were stinky and horrible. The food is sometimes okay, sometimes pathetic. The bread they serve in economy can be used as a weapon or can also be alternatively used as icecube in drinks. Never again unless only other option is to walk.....

Had 1st class tickets to Greece in October that we had to cancel in late July due to cancer diagnosis. Lufthansa approved a full refund in late July. It is now September, and after 4 different phone calls, still no refund. Will make a 5th call today.

Wow what used to be a premium airline now just in business to rip customers off I have dealt with customer service representatives over a double booking I was told I would be refunded NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! The worst!

Review of Discover Airlines (Lufthansa) I had a flight scheduled with Discover Airlines (part of Lufthansa) for today, March 19, and without any prior notice, the airline decided to cancel it. So far, after more than 10 calls, no one has given me a clear explanation of the reason for the cancellation. To make matters worse, they offered no compensation or reasonable alternatives, forcing me to spend more than four times the original cost of my ticket to reorganize my trip. This was my first time flying with Lufthansa, and the experience has been an absolute disaster. The lack of communication and disregard for their passengers is unacceptable. This cancellation has severely impacted my European itinerary, causing financial losses and unnecessary stress. An airline of this caliber should have better customer service and protocols to handle these situations, but clearly, they don’t care. After this experience, I am certain that I will never fly with Lufthansa or Discover Airlines again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose another airline that truly respects its passengers.
