I found the perfect flight at a good price. Received my booking confirmation which indicated my tickets would be sent out shortly. After 2 days I did not receive the tickets. I reached out via messenger and was told they would phone me. Never did, I called them, got hung up on, called back talked to an agent who told me the airline would not issue the ticket BUT I could go on another airline for double the price. I tried to get a word in but he just kept talking! It took 5 phone calls to be told I have to rebook at a later date maybe in 6 months. He said we didn’t charge your credit card. Run! Find another website!
