TURKISH AIRLINE IS EVEN SUGGESTING I REPORT. This airline is very difficult to deal with. Them speaking with a heavy accent with a lack of English makes communicating very hard. Furthermore, my brother and I had booked a round-trip flight for his family trusting that this is I will know in flight agency based off of reviews however I was involved in a car accident, and they were very unprofessional and disappointing when it came to dealing with cancelling the flight. They continuously asked me for Verification documents Of the accident, such as my personal hospitalization records. Nonetheless, I did provide them, but they asked for more details such as x-rays and test results. They claim the Airline needed them however, once I contacted the airline as I know, this was an invasion of privacy. They have no history of contact with this flight agency or any history of the tickets that were booked. It took a months of communicating back-and-forth to finally receive a partial refund from one of the two airlines however, the main portion was not refunded and this flight agency is adding a lot of extra penalty fees and Rebooking saying that I need to fly before a specific date whereas all the other airlines say, we must book before a certain date and can fly anytime after that. Now I have asked for details of the flight so that I can speak to the Airline myself and they said they will get me the information soon. That being said how long does it really take to get flight information just for me to Use as a reference when calling the airline directly. To anyone deciding where to book I would strongly advise against this agency. Shiv and the manager Sahil, are both very unprofessional. And lacking of knowledge. I am now having to get answers Noel having higher reps and legal authorities by my side.
