Candace arranged an outstanding 2 week French itinerary for us in May 2025, and we could not have asked for more. Over the course of a few Zoom calls and email exchanges, she created a plan that allowed us to see as much as possible in Paris, Nice, and Normandy while also providing time for relaxation and exploration. She was exceptionally receptive to feedback and attentive to details. Our logistics were somewhat complex, accounting for some health accommodations and the need to connect two parties departing from Oregon and Michigan, and everything went off without a hitch. (And when I caused a hitch all on my own, I had multiple contact numbers in hand to reach out for help!). I would absolutely work with Louisville outbound again in the future!

I had never used a travel agency before contacting Louisville Outbound. My friends and I were chatting one day about cool places we'd love to visit and got to talking about Italy in particular. We all wanted to go and I was like, what the heck, maybe we should look into going! I did some of my own research but quickly got overwhelmed by all the options. I contacted Louisville Outbound and Candace scheduled a call with me to discuss what I had in mind. She got a rough draft together for a trip to Italy for me for three people. I presented it to my friends, and they loved it. So we began officially planning an Italy 2025 trip not long after! Candace transferred our trip planning to Emma and both of them were lovely to work with — just very nice people in general. We asked all kinds of questions and they were always helpful in answering them. They were great communicators, and Emma let us know about price changes, scheduling conflicts with tour guides, etc., flight times changing, etc. as we began booking tours and excursions. I especially loved the itinerary website and app they used to keep us in the loop on where we needed to be, what tickets/reservations we needed, etc. They also printed out all of our itinerary and tickets to hand off to each one of us before the trip (which gave me a lot of peace of mind, in case of app malfunctions or no wifi/signal!). They were so organized and it made our trip more seamless. We had so much fun on our trip and we will be talking about it for years! The wheels are already turning for me to get back to Italy 😂 it was delightful. I would highly recommend them for any international or even just sort of complicated domestic trip you'd need to plan.

Candace planned our 2 week trip to Italy and Greece and everything was outstanding!! Candace and the team at Louisville Outbound truly thought of everything. I started working with Louisville Outbound in 2023. My mom and I began planning a European adventure to celebrate her retirement from nursing. Unfortunately, prior to our 2024 trip, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. We postponed to 2025, however once we made it to Italy, she began having more health problems and we had to return early. All of this to say, Candace was amazing through all of it. She was also so responsive and helpful. She was very generous with her time and attention in helping to plan our trip, post pone the trip, and then helping us cancel once we were in Italy and returning home. She has always been very communicative and stays in contact even with large gaps of time. She took a huge stress off my plate by dealing with our cruise line for the cancelation. She also made sure everything was done and there was nothing forgotten. From small tips like neck fans (a life safer while touring Italy in August) to big things, Candace and her team have been an amazing help. I cannot recommend her enough.

Candace was a pleasure to work with! Everything from the initial meeting to the final booking was perfect. The flexibility to pick and choose what we wanted was a huge plus. Would highly recommend going with Louisville Outbound for any future vacations!
