The worst management, problem resolution, attitude of any airline I have flown. If you feel AA or United are not doing well, you should fly LOT to appreciate them more. Soviet attitude of "not my job" "I do not need to listen to you". After a 12 hour delay, an old passenger said "Can I get a food voucher, I am hungry" LOT attendant yelled back "YOU GET NO VOUCHER!" POS Manager named Chester (maybe gave a fictitious name) showed up 12 hours after the flight should have taken off and gave a 20 second announcement and left 400 passengers with nothing but a "come back tomorrow, go get a hotel and submit a claim online". The customer service line kept hanging up on people calling to find out what was going on. Finally, people got mad and LOT called the police on the passengers because some demanded a food voucher. On my way back, the flight was delayed again and nothing was done about it. EVERYTHING in the plane was broken! The bathrooms did not work, seats were broken, and the attendants dont seem to get paid enough to deal with it. Maybe it is just a Polish thing, because I have flown Aeroflot many times and even though it is not the level of service expected by someone used to flying the usual US airlines, LOT must be in some serious financial trouble so I doubt airplane maintenance is done properly. Also, when coming back to LAX, the 787 did not get a gate, so we were bused from what seemed Ontario airport. It must have taken 30 minutes on a bus to get to the actual airport. Statistically, more accidents happen busing on the tarmac than flying. Life Pro Tip: Never fly LOT

It would be negative stars if I could. Lost my daughter’s luggage a month ago and still not found or reimbursement for lost possessions. Absolutely no help or service. And no one to call by phone to see if we can get help. Don’t fly this airline ever.

Zero stars is more accurate. Flight delays happen - but poor management of the situation is unforgivable. Flight was at 4:20pm, they had us board and then disembark hours later. Changed gates. They grudgingly issued us each a $15 meal voucher. We asked to be changed to another airline flight, they declined to help us. It's now 11:32pm and they just changed the estimated departure time to 3:00am. Gate staff called the police because passengers are about to mutiny. All of this could have been avoided with better training and contingency plans. What a bunch of clowns. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give zero star if it allowed! Waited for hours for my checked in luggage, and it didn't arrive. Went up to the customer service, I was told that there were gone. Referred me to another company which was supposedly covering for them. Filed a lost luggage report, so far no response. Calling customer service to follow up, stay on hold forever and ever.... no answer. Get frustrated and hang up. Do NOT fly this airline!!!!

I have been traveling for over 45 years (all my life) and in recent years, I have been traveling at least 4 times a year internationally and this is by far, the worst airline I ever had to deal with. They cancelled our flight, literally stole our money and were informed to file claims on line, then were informed that it will take 30 days to respond and until now, it has been months and when I call the customer service number, we are told that they can't reach them and can't give us any estimate of time of when we can hear from them or when will this be resolved. The biggest concern is that I don't understand how this airline can operate legally in America. I completely understand that things happen, but they are not equipped nor have ANY PROCESS to deal with these situation. And, they claim they are the first airline in Europe? It sure not showing with their skills to handle emergencies. We were Delayed 14 hours then canceled, had to get our luggage back and had to go back to check in process to be given other flights, but they had one agent certified to look for all passengers. We were one of the first on the line and took them 4.5 hrs to get to us. They lied about providing passengers with hotels and transportation by their managers. Most ended up spending the night on floor. The most rude staff. Incompetent staff and most unprofessional. Even if they offer free tickets, I will never fly with them ever again. They ruined our vacation
