When they give you your paperworks headed to warehouse, they will let you in and stand on the door while they loading. I park there in front of the dark overnoght and no one bother me. Did not see toilet, if in need jiat go to jfk plaza

No star at all. Zero customer service. Reception girls mainly(south asian)very unprofessional and full of attitude. Inside the warehouse. The black forklift guy thinks of himself as a GOAT. LPA please hire the guys that really deserve the position.

Terrible, worst Service rude, uneducated people at the counter desk there are two Indian people worst employees that I met in my life no smile angry all time when I claimed them to the women supervisor she didn’t do any act, the worst supervisor I saw in my life she lacks simple rules of any supervisors she just listened to hear employees and when I start to talk she ignore anyone can return to recorder video to see what the employees do bad bad bad all of them are racism worst employees I met on my life coarse people no basic manners. on the plane, I couldn’t see service like that on any other planes very stingy they offer u just a poor meal during 10 hours flight with no snacks and no drink This is my first and last time to chose one of the worst air plans around the world Rude employees on the airport and the plan

The guy at the office derved me right. I didnt have paperwrk with me for pick up. Normally most companies would send you away immeduately but this guy actually help me print it out. I also got good service from inside the warehouse. Better service than most companies I can say. Thanks for the good work!

i'm surprised who give five star ?! how much they paid ? so,, bldg 86 , servised by MSN 5-6 hours waiting GARANTEE ! bad customer svs , don't answer phone, unprofessional staff , dirty wrhse, broken freight , no one care , may be LOT is good , but they choose worst service company, it's mean they are same, they don't care about customers, foto : 18 truck in line
