I'm owner operator i have a ford transit 250 im from Ohio, i had a load today 10/15/2025 from this address and the forklift driver was absolutely disrespectful as he treated me badly when I asked him to sign the delivery paper for the shipment and his name was panetto viccia i think, cause I can't read here name from sign, so if I'm the director of this store I will stop this person from work

This is what happened with my experience picking up my dog from Poland. The plane was late from Poland and so we show up to pick up the dog around 6pm and then the plane was 3 hours late and when the dog finally came in she was loaded up on a open flatbed truck that brought freight in with a lot of cargo and only one dog came in and her cage was on top of the freight it was very cold outside and then she’s finally made it to the warehouse and apparently she wasn’t released yet so now she’s sitting in her crate for about 20 hours so her small crate is sitting in the warehouse on her own there was forklift going back and forth and smell of propane you could smell the exhaust from the forklifts so she wasn’t released at this point it would of been 11:30 pm still has not been released yet and Kevin the warehouse manager did a very good job he was waiting around working on getting the dog released and then we started making calls to customs nobody at customs was answering the phones we called many times and our broker gets involved so she did get through one time with customs so she called me and at that time she still hasn’t been released our broker informed us that customs said she has been released after Kevin tried many times trying to get through to customs many times and received no information on when the dog will be released our broker screened shot evidence that the dog has been released kevin was very involved so he wanted clearance and talk to customs about the dog release and nobody would answer the phones at customs still and it’s roughly 1am by that time and my broker and Kevin communicated to understand what’s going on with the dog Kevin wanted a confirmation of the dog able to release I understand that there are rules Kevin had to go by and couldn’t take risk to release the dog so nothing on the computers confirmed on his system Kevin been working very hard to get a release on the dog after long time working late in the morning everybody was tired we still haven’t got any confirmation so the dog still in the warehouse and been in the crate for a very long time and then Kevin told me that he had to lock up the warehouse and he said come back in the morning at 8am to pick up the dog and we waited outside in the car till 8am and I got through to customs and customs agent told me she had been released right after the plane landed and finally at 8:00 am went to the office to get my dog and now the dog has been in the crate for many hours after everything was said in this email I think there’s gotta be a better way to releasing animals after waiting for 9 hours I finally got my dog I’m very frustrated with the whole process and think there should be better way for shipping dogs they are not freight or regular freight - after this experience I will never ship a dog again.

I am semi truck driver. I had to pickup 10 pallets. My pickup was super fast. Get in a dock first, then check in.

I want to file a big complaint against the treatment of my dog. LOT airline is cruel to animals, unprofessional, and a complete disgrace. This was our first time ever sending a dog overseas and the experience was completely earth shattering. The LOT cargo office in Chicago is completely unprofessional, employees are a disgrace, service was terrible. We had to inquire about every single detail of our dogs trip because nothing was provided for. Where do we drop him off, address of the cargo warehouse in Chicago, to even being informed where the dog can be picked up in Warsaw. All red flags but we continued with the booking. Upon arrival in the Chicago office to drop off the dog, Ewa, had no idea what she was doing. The biggest hiccup was that she did not inform us that the office wanted to be paid in cash. At 5 PM trying to withdraw over $1000 through an ATM is a problem. Once our dog arrived to Poland Warsaw, nobody informed us that there would be another transportation fee that the airline charges for transportation of our dog from the airport, to the cargo warehouse in Warsaw. Everyone always preaches animal rights however the dog was in the crate for over 16 hours due to regulations of the airline in addition to that of Poland. When making the booking here in Chicago, nobody informed us of these practices. How am I supposed to know these things? I am disgusted with the airline and office here in Chicago. Worst experience and complete disgrace that these people work for such a big company, charge people so much money, but lack basic empathy, common sense, and any sort of emotion that they are dealing with live animals, things others care about.
